to the Institute for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Informatics in Medicine. Our institute is integrated into the TUM Hospital and the Technical University of Munich (TUM). In this scientific environment and in close cooperation with university medicine, we bundle research and teaching activities in the fields of AI and data science, medical informatics and biostatistics.

Our aim is to bring the possibilities of these important innovative fields into everyday clinical practice as quickly and safely as possible and to anchor them in medical training. Our proximity to traditional medical disciplines also gives us access to the necessary data sets for analysis using AI.
