Hendrik Möller
Hi, my name is Hendrik Möller and I am a doctorate student in computer science at the University Hospital rechts der Isar at TUM.
I work in an EU-funded project with the NAKO (german national cohort) dataset, a large spinal MRI cohort representing the german population. My work is about the development of machine learning methods to label and segment CT or MRI images with a practical oriented focus. Besides that, I work to detect and analyze spinal anomalies such as transitional or enumeration anomalies or on general medical segmentation topics (soft segmentation, segmentation losses, instance-imbalanced segmentation, resolution).
Before that, I finished my Master’s in Robotics, Cognition, and Intelligence at the Technical University of Munich.
Interests:
- Semantic Segmentation
- MRI Spinal Segmentation
- MRI Vertebrae Detection and Labeling
- Spinal Anomalies
