Über Alexander Ziller

Alexander Ziller is a researcher at the Chair for Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare and Medicine at the Technical University of Munich. His main research focus is centered around trustworthy AI with a primary focus on privacy, especially studying the challenges and opportunities of applying privacy-enhancing technologies (PETs) for medical AI. The key technology which is investigated here is Differential Privacy (DP) providing formal guarantees for the protection of input data. He received his Master of Science in 2019 from TUM and was awarded the Eugen-Münch-Award (2021), the science award of Deutsche Gesellschaft für digitale Medizin (DGDM) as well as the Intercultural Certificate of TUM for his efforts in connecting with other cultures.
